When you submit a booking request or callback form, we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, requested dates, delivery preference, and any message or vehicle interest you share with us.
Before handover, we verify a valid driving licence (UAE, GCC, or an internationally recognized licence) and a passport or Emirates ID in person. We do not collect or store document numbers through this website — only at the point of handover.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send us in that conversation, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy (see §4).
We process this data on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and, once a booking is confirmed, because it's necessary to perform our agreement with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
