These Terms & Conditions cover booking requests made through this website and the rental relationship that follows. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and the physical rental agreement you sign at handover.
By submitting a booking request or callback form on this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.
A form submission or WhatsApp message is a booking enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once our concierge team responds and confirms availability, pricing, and dates with you directly.
Drivers under the minimum age may still book a vehicle with a chauffeur.
Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by vehicle, season, and rental duration. A refundable security deposit is held on your card at handover, amount depending on the vehicle: [AED 1,000–5,000, higher for the ultra-performance tier — confirm].
Comprehensive insurance with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in every rental. The insurance excess — the amount you're responsible for in the event of a claim — is [AED 1,500–5,000 depending on vehicle tier — confirm]. Optional excess-reduction cover may be available at booking.
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance of [250 km/day — confirm]. Additional kilometres are charged at [AED X/km — confirm]. Vehicles are provided full and should be returned full; a refuelling fee applies if returned with less fuel than at handover.
We deliver and collect anywhere in the Emirates, including airport arrivals, at no additional charge. Delivery times are confirmed with your concierge at booking.
Salik toll charges incurred during your rental are billed to you at cost. Traffic fines issued during your rental period are your responsibility, plus an admin fee of [AED 50–100 per fine — confirm] to cover processing.
Bookings cancelled more than [24 hours — confirm] before the scheduled delivery time are cancelled free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the security deposit hold or incur a cancellation fee, at our discretion.
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Beyond the insurance excess set out in §5, you are liable for damage arising from a breach of §10 (Prohibited Use), traffic violations, or loss of vehicle documents/keys. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not permit it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a rental will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that rental.
